Relax and unwind in open living areas on the main floor and basement, ideal for mingling and creating lifelong memories. Kid-approved with tons of toys and games, plus a ping pong table to spark friendly competition. And with a 250-Mb/s screaming-fast fiber optic network, there is bandwidth galore for everybody.
Outdoor Oasis: Venture outside to find a sand volleyball court for thrilling matches and a fire pit perfect for marshmallow roasting and s'mores. There's a grill on the back patio with picnic tables for al fresco feasting. Need some exercise? Grab one of our many bikes for a ride through the rural countryside. Explore the shed, which is brimming with beach toys and outdoor games. Enjoy the enchanting sunset from the swing and rocking chairs on our covered porch, where you can unwind and soak in the beauty of the day.
If It Rains. Not a problem. To keep everybody dry, move the family into the large garage where there are tables and chairs a plenty to set up for your feast.

While not right in town, you're only 5 miles from Montpelier, where you'll find grocery stores, gas stations, ATMs, and some delicious dining options.
Bear Lake Bliss: Of course, the star attraction is Bear Lake, and we're just 10 miles from North Beach State Park. The picturesque route through the town of Dingle offers several miles of scenic gravel roads, flanked by the Bear Lake Wildlife Refuge. Kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen. Everything you could need! Plus all the fun extra toys, games, movies…we had a blast. Hoping to stay there again in a couple years for another reunion.

The entire family absolutely loved our stay at the Cape house. Check-in was a breeze, and it was extremely easy to contact the host if needed. The kitchen had everything you could want for dishes, spices, plates, cups… You name it! The bedding was very comfortable and plenty of extra blankets and pillows. With our large family, everyone had space and the backyard was wonderful to play volleyball and gather around the fire pit. The horses were especially fun to watch and see the entire time. The kids loved petting them along the fence line. We would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend some time along Bear Lake with a family reunion!!

The home was large enough for the whole family and we had a great time playing games and eating in the wonderful garage when the weather turned windy and cold! Having two refrigerators is genius along with the two double stacked washers/dryers. They were put to good use especially after the day at Bear Lake! Great hosts! Great home away from Home! Will return!

The house and all resources were plentiful. The horses over the fence captivated the grandchildren and there were lots of beach toys and equipment available. We were a family reunion of 25 and we all felt this was the best property yet.
