Newly renovated located 7 blocks from the heart of Downtown Clarksville. Our private, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen, large TVs in both rooms, outdoor patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. Go for a walk around downtown and come home to high end furnishings, linens & towels, & an elevated ambiance to make you feel welcome in a comfortable and professional environment. Enjoy our modern 750sf, one-story apartment within minutes of the city's most popular bars, restaurants, and Austin Peay State University. We have space to accommodate up to 2 cars in the main parking lot, leading directly into the main entryway. Our private, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies on our large screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Take in some fresh air and enjoy the shaded outdoor ambiance of our covered porch which overlooks a cute custom-built courtyard. Stay organized and avoid the cost of a laundromat by using our in-unit washer/dryer.

Guest Access:
Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive your custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. I wish the mattress in the master bedroom were a little more firm, but it won't stop from rebooking. I have already have booked another stay.

This property was perfect for our extended weekend stay in Clarksville. It is close to downtown and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and comfortable. The box fan was a nice extra to have. The water pressure in the shower is really strong and there was a good amount of hot water. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and it took a while to get warm water at the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Other than that everything was great!
