The house is just like the pictures and very roomy. The street is very quiet and felt very safe. The outdoor showers and grill were great and they had great kitchen and laundry appliances. The living room couches were too deep and soft to be comfortable. The kitchen utensils were adequate, but more skillets would be helpful and there were no pot holders, which I am assuming were taken to be washed and forgotten or stolen by a guest. The master shower caulking was moldy. It needs to be taken up and recaulked. You have to use your own streaming services which was okay, but not ideal. The upstairs air conditioning did not cool down. I thought it was because the hurricane door got left open too long, but it still didn’t cool down after the door was secured. We would not stay again during peak season as the public beach at Pompano Joes is too crowded for our liking. We were able to walk to the beach with our stuff, but the lot stays so full, so one cannot rely on parking to be available if one is not able bodied. The mattresses were all very firm, which I like, but not my spouse. There is a beach service at the public beach which is nice if you don’t want to take your own chairs and shade.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful beach rental. The location was perfect, just a quick and easy 3-minute walk to the breathtaking Miramar Beach. The home was stunning: spacious, spotless, and tucked away in a quiet, charming cul de sac that felt very private and cozy.It was ideal for our large family, including two children. The little room with double twin beds was such a thoughtful touch and perfect for the kids. We also really enjoyed the two balconies, one off the master and one off the twin room, which gave us great spaces to relax and unwind.There were plenty of restrooms for everyone, and the small laundry room (located in the garage) made it super convenient to keep beach sand out of the main living areas. All of the appliances were clean and new, which made our stay even more comfortable.The best part was how fast the beach access was, just one turn out of the cul de sac and you’re basically there. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly place to stay near the beach. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.
