The room was nice and clean. It was very spacious and had all the basics we needed. The only thing lacking was the beds were pretty hard and there was only one couch and a small chair to sit on in the living room so our family of six wasn’t able to sit there altogether. But otherwise we loved staying in this complex with the beautiful water view, trails, playground, and indoor pool!

Perfect location between SDC and downtown. Easy to get in and out at the gate, nice amenities with the indoor pool for the kids. Condo was clean and i enjoyed our view of the river.

The condo was clean and well maintained. I took my parents down for my father’s 75th birthday. They enjoyed the view and I enjoyed fishing. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, a regular coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker. The area around the condo is well maintained.
