The apartment features an entryway, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area by the kitchen island, and a living room with a Smart TV, international TV, and Wi-Fi. The extra-large 24 m² terrace faces entirely south but is partially shaded in the summer. From here, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of the golf course, nature, and the sea (including the Mar Menor).

The master bedroom features a super king-size bed and direct access to the terrace. It features built-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed that can also be arranged as two single beds. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared with the third bedroom, which also has a king-size bed or two single beds. All rooms have electric shutters and curtains. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels—including bath towels—are included, as are normal electricity and water usage. A mandatory final cleaning fee of 80€ applies.

Limonero B30 overlooks the resort from high above. Free parking is available at the apartment. There is a large communal pool with a shallow end and lawns.

Las Colinas Golf & Country Club is one of the best resorts on the Costa Blanca and was named the best golf resort in Spain in 2021. It is situated on a 330-hectare estate, surrounded by forests and fruit trees, with mountain bike trails, a sports and health club featuring a fitness center, a wellness center, padel, tennis, and basketball. The resort also features a nature trail, a children’s playground, a mini-market, a clubhouse, three restaurants, a café, and breakfast facilities. It also has its own beach club overlooking the sea.
