The home was in a great location. The process to just check in was easy. I even had a problem and called the emergency and they answered right away and helped me with my problem. The view was gorgeous from the back porch. The sunlight coming into the home was amazing.

The location of the property was great, situated along the Tunnel of Trees with access to a beach along Lake Michigan. However, there were issues with the cleanliness of the property. Bugs and ants were observed throughout the property and there were mouse droppings (feces) on and around the sofa. The washing machine would not start when trying to wash towels and the back door entry keypad did not work.
