Discover the authentic charm of our seasonal rental house located in the heart of Berry, in the commune of Ardentes, between Châteauroux and the George Sand region. Ideally located close to all amenities, our house also offers a peaceful setting in a very quiet area.
Nestled on the owners' land, you will receive a warm welcome and enjoy a friendly and personalized experience. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this preserved environment, where comfort and tranquility are the order of the day.

Swimming pool and tennis courts are 1 km away (Ardentes), and a restaurant and pizzeria are 500 m away. Upon arrival, you can access the entrance either from the street or from the interior courtyard. The living area includes a large lounge with a television and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom.
Upstairs, a children's play area leads to two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and storage space. A second bathroom and toilet are also located upstairs.
The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
Outside, enjoy garden furniture in the private courtyard, complete with a barbecue.
All-inclusive rate for your comfort.
Private parking for 3 cars is available. A secure garage is available for motorcycles and bicycles. A reinforced socket is available for electric vehicles. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts)
