Discover the authentic charm of our holiday rental house located in the heart of the Berry region, in the town of Ardentes, between Châteauroux and the land of George Sand. Ideally situated close to all amenities, our house also offers a peaceful setting in a very quiet area.
Nestled on the owners' property, you will receive a warm welcome and enjoy a friendly and personalized experience. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this unspoiled environment, where comfort and tranquility are guaranteed.

Swimming pool and tennis courts 1 km away (Ardentes), restaurant and pizzeria 500m away. Upon arrival, you can access the entrance either from the street or from the inner courtyard. The living area includes a large living room with a television and a sofa bed (sleeps 2), opening onto a fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a shower room.
Upstairs, a children's play area leads to two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and storage space. A second shower room and a toilet are also located upstairs.
The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned (reversible air conditioning).
Outside, enjoy garden furniture in the private courtyard, complete with a barbecue.
All-inclusive rate for your comfort.
Private parking for 3 cars is available. A secure garage is provided for motorcycles and bicycles. A reinforced charging point is available for electric vehicles.
For long-term rentals, a mid-stay cleaning will be carried out every 15 days. This is a non-smoking property. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts)
