• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes/apartments as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
* Rental Agreement should be filled out and signed prior to check-in. If this form is not completed properly and returned at least 48 hours prior to arrival, check-in information will not go out. There is a security deposit ($300.00).

It Was really excellent. Very cute and well customized. Well equiped. I would come again directly to the Rafaela’s property.

Place was clean and just like it was pictured. Only bad thing iwas the pools were to cold.

Overall, the condo is as pictured. The farm bunk bed has queen mattresses that can sleep 4; although we only had a total of three stay.
The couch is not as comfortable as it looks ( it’s a little hard), but overall the experience was great. Publix is across the street for snacks or food. Easy access to i4
