The Space:
A gorgeous and spacious condo, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a kitchen stocked with all the essentials for everyday cooking! The primary bedroom features a spacious ensuite bathroom and a jet tub! The second bedroom is just down the hall with a queen bed, while the lofted king bedroom overlooks the kitchen and living area. The spacious living room offers stunning views of the skyline and the surrounding neighborhood!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is by door code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement before receiving check in instructions.

Other charming restaurants and bars are right around the corner in this bustling neighborhood less than 10 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati and popular Covington, KY!

Personal vehicles, public transportation, or ride-share options are recommended.

We greatly enjoyed the property - especially being above a great coffee/sandwich shop and ice cream shop. Great view of the city. Spacious and perfect for what we needed. Only disappointment was that when we arrived at 4pm the apartment was still being cleaned. He was finished by 4:30pm.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mason's View. The coffee shop on the first floor was awesome, such nice employees, and supports a great cause. The Incline Public House restaurant is a 2 minute walk from the door, and had great food and a great view of downtown Cincinnati. Just a few minutes walk is a Mexican restaurant with an incredible bakery attached! Getting anywhere downtown took us only 10 minutes. Our kids particularly liked the "lookout" area pointing towards the city. One thing to note is that you have to walk up a couple flights of stairs, so be mindful if you have someone in your group who may struggle with that.Overall we loved our stay and highly recommend the space!

Absolutely beautiful and inviting! Loved the character. It was cozy. Hot water didn’t get hot in the middle bathroom shower. But we made it work! The coffee shop was a bonus! Love what it stands for. Totally worth the stay for sure!
