The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Paris, this charming 75 m² flat that can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower, WC) and a bathroom (with bath). The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the flat in the Saemes Parking Reuilly-Diderot car park (paying car park), a 5-minute walk from the flat.

- Nearest metro station: Faidherbe - Chaligny, line 8, 280 m away (4 min walk)
- Nearest train station: Gare de Lyon 1.3 km away (18 min walk)

Le Coin des Lecteurs "🙂 Location is perfect, the apartment is big for 4 adults and 2 kid. The host was very kind, supportive and prompt to respond on WhatsApp.
🙁 It is more like one queen bed, one sofa bed and the bed in the second room is not very comfortable for adults. But this was already mentioned when we rented the apartment."

Le Coin des Lecteurs 🙂 The apartment is clean, comfortable, easy to reach the spotlights in Paris . The owner is kind and helpful, thanks to him i had some nice meals during the first week in Paris

Le Coin des Lecteurs "🙂 The apartment is located in a very nice area, it's bright, modern, renewed and offers a excellent space. The owner is very kind and very available to offer any kind of assistance.
🙁 As any apartment in Paris, for being old the floor is very noisy. It wouldn't be a problem for me if I wasn't travel with a 6 months old baby. It was unavoidable to do not waking him up when entering in the room. But that was a small detail to me comparing to the pleasant staying we had in family."
