Located in the nature with spectacular laguns with cristal waters and panoramic sea views in Cap Salou, surrounded by pine trees forest, beautiful rocky bays and sandy beaches, faraway from the mass tourism but in the same time near to the touristic attractions and services, connected by spectacular Camino de Ronda with the center of Salou.

The apartment is recently completely restored, offers the modern comodities with air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, to make you feel as at home. located on the 6th floor of a 10-storey building with elevator in a quiet residential area of Cap Salou, in the first line from the sea, Generous size of 110 m², with 3 double bedrooms (2 of them suites with private bathroom), master suite with sea view. 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped open kitchen with utility room with wash machine. Huge size terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view to the horizon. Private parking lot in the vigilated parking of the building guarantee security and comodity to travel with your own transport mean. Excellent location just infront of rocky beach which is never saturated with toursits, and just 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Crancs with smoth entrance to the sea water ideal for family with children. Just 5 minutes drive from the thematic parks of Port Aventura and Ferrariland and several golf courses nearby, as well as the center of Salou. The "Bus Plana" bus stop with direct connection to Barcelona and Reus airports is located just 10 minutes away by feet .

Violetta was a gracious and lovely host and her flat was just as perfect. She thought of everything to make our stay extra comfortable. The kitchen had all the tools we needed and the towels were plentiful. Highly recommend Cala Crancs, a very pretty beach only a 10 minute walk away. They have chairs, umbrellas, and services. The neighborhood was so pretty and the view from the flat is unbeatable. The daybed on the large balcony was the best part of the stay! We loved our stay, thank you Violetta.
