Our location is ideal for exploring PEI year-round. We are just 17 minutes by car from the ski park, making winter getaways easy and fun. During the warmer months, enjoy quick access to Cavendish and North Rustico—home to beautiful beaches, hiking trails, and family attractions. The Charlottetown Airport is a convenient 25-minute drive, and Summerside is just 35 minutes away.
As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by picturesque farmland and the gentle rhythm of rural life. Our property is near a working dairy farm, and you may see cows grazing peacefully as you drive through the area—a true taste of PEI’s countryside charm.
Each of our two cottages is thoughtfully designed with its own unique theme and décor, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for every guest. Inside, you'll find a bright and comfortable space with two TVs, a game console, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a cozy movie night, you’ll feel right at home.
Outside, each cottage features a private patio deck with sun chairs, a picnic table, and a fire pit—perfect for evenings under the stars or a laid-back afternoon enjoying the fresh island air. The large yard gives you plenty of green space to relax or play.
Guests can also enjoy a shared game room located next to the cottages. This space includes a pool table, darts, a trampoline, and bicycles for your use—ideal for family fun or some friendly competition.
Laundry facilities are available on-site for added convenience, especially for longer stays. Whether you're coming for a weekend or a full vacation, everything you need is here.

As always we had the best time, there is so much todo. Our kids really loved the pool table this year. The new side patio was a lovely addition. This was our third summer and are already looking forward to our visit next year.

Generally, the time at this place was very positive for us. The property manager was very thoughtful in crafting an environment that would be good for kids. There's a trampoline, there's a video game station, there's a nice big front lawn that's good for kids to play in.
The cottage is nicely maintained and clean.
However, some aspects of the property description may be misleading. The description states that the property sleeps 8 people. To be clear, the cottage in all likelihood is far too small for 8 adults. Generally, it would be more appropriate for 4 adults and 4 kids.
Importantly, the cottage is located right next to a small industrial farm. There are cows on it, which can be very fun for little kids. However, on some days the smell of manure and fertilizer can be overwhelming. For some people, who are sensitive to unusual odors, this can be a very important detail.
The cottage is located in a very beautiful and peaceful area. It's nice to sit by the fire on its front lawn and enjoy watching the stars above. If you're not too fussy, it can be a great place for you to enjoy an inexpensive stay on PEI.

This was our second year staying at the cottage and always love our time next to the cows! If there are ever any problems Frankie is always quick to respond to any issues when told. My only issue was the second bathroom had an Oder that would not go away, even after they placed a machine in there to help. Despite that….
We will definitely be back next year as it’s a family favourite.

Nice location but a lot smaller in person compared to the pictures. Floors throughout were very dirty and couldn’t walk barefoot or your feet would be filthy within seconds. Dishes were found in cupboard filled with liquid ( water and grease). Supply of compost bags and dish detergent were limited to 1. No face cloths were provided but lots of towels and hand towels were available.
