Property is very well situated with good views over Sydney. Communication, check-in / check-out was very good. Maria (our contact) resolved the 2 small issues that we had promptly.Lounge furniture a bit dated, but acceptable. Kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery is sufficient. There is a coffee-plunger, but possibly a coffee machine could be added.I understand that we stayed during the summer, Unfortunately the biggest downside is that the apartment was very hot due to the fact that the sun streams into the apartment throughout the day. There are no curtains or blinds to keep the sun out when the apartment is not occupied, which makes the apartment very hot. We kept the windows and front door open which makes it bearable. There is a fan which we kept on continuously, to try and get some airflow through the apartment. The bedroom also very hot at night. There is no air-conditioning apart from a small table-top heater / cooler combo, which did not cool. I realize that curtains / blinds would possibly interfere with the view and I would therefore recommend roll-up blinds to alleviate this.Overall we had a great stay and I would recommend this apartment.Trevor
