Welcome to our 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome!
**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
three-levelJust minutes to skiing and an easy walk to town. Park City is the perfect mix of family fun and nightlife, with the best skiing and lightest powder on the planet. We are happy to share all of the things that make it the perfect vacation spot with you.

-2.5 baths (full baths in each master suite, half bath off living room)

***LOCATION***
–Location Location, Location. The Park City free bus stops literally at the base of our stairs, which runs every five to seven minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. If you do decide to drive, there is a spot in the underground garage so you'll never have to clear snow off the car before heading out. Random tip: If you're not renting a car, taking an Uber from SLC is usually much less expensive than the typical shuttle operators. (approx. $50)
–Easy walk to Main Street. We're exactly 8 minutes walk from Main Street. After a night out there is always the free bus back to the Greyhawk. We're almost exactly halfway between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.
***LAYOUT***
–Great layout. There's a spacious main level/living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. We love to cook, hang, and enjoy friends/family and this floor plan is perfect for that. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs from the main level, so there's plenty of privacy. Also, ours is an end unit, with lots of windows on three sides.
Upper Master Bedroom ---- Queen Bed (Futon bed in the upstairs master closet)
Lower Master Bedroom --- Queen Bed with an additional Twin over Full Bunk Bed

Very clean ! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.
Excellent facilities.
Easy walk into main street historic downtown area.
Finding the driveway to the garage door was confusing, and then finding the small ACCESS DOOR sign was difficult in the parking garage.
We were not aware that there were 3 long flights of stairs that we needed to carry all luggage up.
But it all worked out.
