Perfectly situated in Canterbury, just 500m from the Cathedral, this spacious home comfortably sleeps four - ideal for families, friends, and couples’ staycations.
Owned by a published photographer, the house features unique art pieces and stunning photography throughout.
Enjoy the convenience of private gated parking on-site. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook delicious meals, while the cosy lounge is perfect for relaxing, watching TV, or playing board games. Step outside to a peaceful suntrap garden, the perfect spot to unwind with a cuppa… or a glass of bubbles!
Upstairs, the light-filled bedrooms offer a restful retreat, while two bathrooms ensure a refreshing start to your day - complete with a steamy hot shower.

Guests have full access to the whole property.
Other Things to Note:
🏡 RULES:
No Parties: This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Breaching this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund, and your deposit may be used to cover any extra costs incurred. Please note, this house is in a quiet residential area, and quiet hours after 9pm must be respected.
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A standard charge of £500 will be applied to your card if evidence of smoking is found, to cover deep cleaning and any resulting damage.
🚗 PARKING:
We have free private parking on site with space for 1 car.
🛁 Long Stay Cleaning Policy:
For stays longer than 14 nights, we require a clean to be booked every 14 nights thereafter, at the cost of the guest. During these cleans, the entire property will be refreshed, consumables restocked, and linens and towels changed. Please contact us for further discounts when booking long stays.
💡 Good to know:
As the property is in central Canterbury, opposite a charming, quaint pub, there is a chance of some noise late at night, particularly on weekends. The pub does not open late or attract rowdy crowds, but we want guests to be aware.
The garden has a right of way running through it and the neighbour sometimes uses it to pass through to their garden.
