Guests have unrestricted access to the entire cabin, all amenities, and the two-acre woodland property. Use the smart lock for a seamless self check-in; your code will be sent 24 hours before arrival after you complete verification. There is plenty of free parking in the gravel driveway for your vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Located on a dirt road just over the Missouri line in Pineville, you’ll enjoy tranquil seclusion yet remain close to adventure. We’re minutes from Elk River floating access, the Back 40 Trailhead, Bella Vista lakes, and Downtown Bentonville’s dining scene.
Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is essential to explore the area. Four-wheel drive isn’t required but may be helpful during wet or winter conditions.
Other Things to Note:
🐣 Egg collection: You’re welcome to collect fresh eggs from our chicken coop each morning; production varies with the hens’ moods.
🐾 Pet policy: Up to two well‑behaved, house‑trained dogs are welcome with a $75 fee per pet; please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them.
🔥 Firewood: Please bring seasoned wood for the wood stove or fire pit if you desire to use those amenities.
🦤 Starter supplies: We stock basics like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and coffee to get you through the first few days; please replenish as needed.

We had a wonderful stay this past October while visiting Bentonville. The property was beautiful and very cozy. I took advantage of the porch tub twice a day while I was there. Best idea ever! Totally recommend!

We love the location and the uniqueness of the property. It was very homey and had everything that we needed to make meals and feel like we were at home.

Great cozy place. Well decorated and it had just about everything I needed. Host was attentive to asks such as extra firewood, and quickly resolved a lock out.
While this was a great stay in winter, in summers it would be even better to enjoy the soak tub, the outdoor firepit and marshmallow roasting kit as well as the plethora of stars visible from the home. I would return again!
Check in instructions and emails were a little bit off, but that's probably a factor of VRBO's systems and not necessarily the hosts issue. In the end the information provided got me in even if it took a bit of deciphering the texts/ inbox/ emails that I received (which was a bit too many in my opinion, but again, probably not the hosts doing).
