Beautiful Penthouse duplex t w 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and a bathroom, fully equipped and a terrace with barbacue. Located in the center of Mataró, 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and the train stationIt is equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, washer-dryer, iron, hob, coffee maker and all necessary utensils for cooking) and a kitchen living room with table chairs sofa beds for two and TV.It has high speed Wifi.Includes sheets and towels, for all guests.AccommodationIt is excellently connected to Barcelona by a direct train link (line R1).

It is very respect the rest of the neighbors. - It is forbidden to organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any incivive behavior. - Acceptance of the conditions of the rental contract IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT. CONSIDER: - All minor members of the reserve are the responsibility of their parents / guardians and must always be supervised by an adult. - They must remove the garbage from the accommodation during their stay to avoid odors and dirt. - Waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water and gas, may mean that the deposit is not returned in full. - It is not allowed to use bath towels for the beach. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense. The tourist fee of 1 ,10 euro person per day will be charged to all over 16 years. The property was just great, as advertised. Easy check-in. Carlota was really helpful and gave us tips on places to visit and restaurants. The location is fabulous, walk out the door and there are various cafes within 100 meters. The tourist office is up the road, 200 meters away, they are very helpful. And Marato was just a wonderful place, will be back to the apartment and Marato.
