Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. Please do not block the shared roadway or neighboring driveways.
The home is well suited for both weekend escapes and extended stays. Weekly discounts are available.
As with any mountain home, you’ll occasionally encounter nature despite our regularly scheduled pest control. Ladybugs and other seasonal insects sometimes find their way indoors. We’ve provided a broom and insect spray if needed. These occasional visitors are simply part of mountain living.

The property was just as listed. We were celebrating a wedding at The Weaver House. It was conveniently located, although, a little tricky to find. Use the hosts tips on driving!

We had a wonderful stay at Feliz del Monte!!! Michelle was quick to respond to messages both before and after we booked. The house is amazing and had everything our group of 9 needed! We had a mixture of adults, teens, and kids with plenty of space for everyone. The property was very clean and well stocked with not just the basics but extras too like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots/pans, and dishes plus items like a coffee grinder and crockpot which both came in handy! Each bedroom had multiple hooks for towels or coats. It was little things like these that make this house exceptional. In terms of location, it was easy to get to everything we wanted to visit. One day part of our group went snow tubing about 15 mins away while others went to the grocery store only 8 mins away. The next day some of us went skiing at Hatley Pointe and others went to Asheville, both about 20 mins away. I can't say enough amazing things about Feliz del Monte. We look forward to visiting again!
