We really liked the place. There was plenty of room for us and our grandchild. We would recommend that the owner add a few more dishes. We cooked almost every day. The only downside was the smell of cigar/cigarette smoke. We believe that it filters down from upstairs. While not billed as a smoke-free space, it really was a noxious smell when we first entered the space.

The host Lou was supper helpful and provided us with many places all around the area. The apt was clean and well kept. Parking was not an issue. Would defiantly stay here again!

calm, nice, beautiful place to stay when wanting to explore NYC and surrounding area. Lou was a great host taking care of all our needs and questions throughout our stay. If we come back to the area, we will definitely come back to Lou as well :)

Lou is an awesome property owner and manager.
He is very responsive and helpful. The property was in a safe neighborhood. Great parking. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Everything we needed. Lou made great recommendations for our stay. Highly recommend. 5 star rating.
