Please note: There are 3 steps in the garden.. Set in private grounds on the stunning Little Loch Broom, Kildonan is a bright, spacious, and modern detached house with uninterrupted views across the loch to the Summer Isles, surrounded by hills and mountains. Tucked away down a quiet track, it’s ideal for a peaceful getaway with family or friends. The large kitchen/dining room features a modern farmhouse style with flagstone floors and built-in units. Opposite is a spacious living room with soft leather sofas and a wood burner. The ground floor games room is a great bonus, with a central pool table, dart board, and other games. Rural gardens surround the house, perfect for evening relaxation. Upstairs, four generously sized bedrooms include one en-suite, all attractively presented with coordinated soft furnishings and high-quality furniture. A family bathroom includes a deep roll-top bath and separate shower.

Kildonan sits on a promontory near the head of Little Loch Broom, ideal for swimming in summer. Badluarach jetty at the lane’s end gives easy water access. The small crofting hamlet features scattered cottages, livestock, and access to open moorland. Walkers and climbers will love the nearby trails, with the famous An Teallach just 5 minutes away. It’s equidistant from Ullapool and Gairloch, and part of the North Coast 500, known for its dramatic, unspoilt scenery. Sandy beaches, coves, rivers, and mountains abound. The nearby village of Dundonnell offers a seasonal restaurant and bar.

Both Ullapool and Gairloch, just 30 minutes’ drive away, have excellent facilities, including a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as visitor attractions. Beach 4 miles. Shop 13 miles, pub and restaurant 8 miles.
