2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, rare ground floor, end unit. Cute and cozy end unit apartment with approximately 634 square feet of living area is conveniently located in Kapaa Town. A short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, Kauai Village, Tiki Tacos, Pho Kapa'a, Oasis on the Beach, J02 and Kenji Burger featured on "Diners, Drive Ins and Dives". A great rental if you are looking for value and convenience. No swimming pool on property, no air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each room.
Centrally located on Kauai’s eastern shore make this the perfect Kauai vacation rental. Located next to the Coconut Grove at Waipouli, Kauai one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding. Located just steps from the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Bike Path!
The kitchen and dining area has slider glass doors opening up to a cozy back lanai where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy cooking and eating meals in a fully stocked kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator (with freezer), microwave, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities. No BBQ grill on property. Beach Gear provided includes: beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler.
The living room offers a 40" Smart TV with Spectrum Cable channels. Complimentary high speed internet and Wi-Fi is also available. Queen size sofa sleeper in living room. The primary bedroom has a Cal king size bed and a half bath, closet and ceiling fan. The guest bedroom has a Cal king size bed, closet and ceiling fan. The main bathroom has a walk in shower.
A coin operated washer and dryer are available at the property. Parking and Wi-Fi is complimentary. Owner has collected local art purchased from her visits to the islands displayed in unit.

This property cannot justice what it was shown in the pictures. The entire East side of the island the best staying place is Lae Nani resort.Your day starts with beautiful birds chirping and when you open your backyard mesmerizing green gardens with nice wave sounds come into your ears .The property grounds are so so good that you will spend whole evenings and morning in this cozy beach side sitting area.Anyone really looking for the stays this is the most stunning whole property.Good part what my observation was any unit in this property points the ocean view.I love this unit.. very spacious nice bathrooms spacious living area and cannot ask more.Well equipped beach accessories. Surfers going in the morning looking then is so good Last - the side walking path leads to lava lava beach club restaurants and the beach bar is so good.If you are Kaui you stay in this Lae Nani resorts your vacation is worth

We would have appreciated being told there was loud construction going on in the upstairs unit. It was quite intrusive and when Faith went upstairs to politely ask ask when they might be done, one of the contractors was rude. The other one came by the next day with a box of candy as a nice apology and it turned out I knew him from years ago. Some of the electrical plugs are quite loose and /or didn't work at all. The broom and dustpan were hidden behind a dark curtain in the kitchen and we didn't find them until the last morning. The place was clean and well-appointed, and certainly a handy central location.

Pros: close to lots of coffee shops, main roads, shops, etc. The property is clean for the most part. Lots of towels for the beach and showering which was nice. Main bathroom was nice. Kitchen has what you need. Parking right outside.
Cons: VERY VERY VERY loud residents upstairs. The residents in the unit above were up through the whole night every single night we stayed. You could hear all their footsteps, furniture moving, arguments, hacking, conversations, etc. There’s also a loud generator sound outside which makes it even harder to sleep. We barely got any sleep during the trip.
We did find a roach in the larger bathroom, but otherwise that bathroom was fine. The smaller half bathroom in one of the rooms smelled like urine. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the toilet or pipes, but as soon as we checked in, the smells of urine was filling the room and lingered till the next day. Luckily there was some spray to help with the odor. A door to the bathroom would have been nice to help control the smell and for privacy.
Another con is that the WiFi is horrible.
Overall this place is an okay stay if you’re not looking for luxury and just need someplace to stay for a few nights. I wouldn’t book again though.
