About this villa rental
Bonita villa en Binisafua a solo 200 metros del mar. Con un jardín cuidado al mínimo detalle y piscina privada, esta villa te ofrece la posibilidad de disfrutar de unas relajantes vacaciones junto al mar. Dispone de tres dormitorios con aire acondicionado, 3 cuartos de baño, salón-comedor y cocina. Parking dentro de la misma parcela.
Ideal familias: primera cuna y silla alta gratis. Cunas y tronas adicionales disponibles por un cargo de 5 euros/noche por juego
¡Esperamos que disfruten y tengan muchos momentos de diversión durante sus vacaciones! Sin embargo, apreciaríamos mucho si son conscientes y mantienen el ruido al mínimo durante las horas nocturnas. Las fiestas están absolutamente prohibidas durante toda la estancia.
Toda la villa se distribuye en una sola planta. Tiene tres dormitorios, dos de ellos con cama doble y baño en suite, y otro con dos camas individuales. Todos ellos con aire acondicionado. Dispone también de un cómodo salón y un comedor muy luminosos con vistas a la zona de la piscina. Cocina totalmente equipada. Presenta también una cómoda zona sombreada para sentarse junto a la piscina donde poder celebrar una barbacoa en familia o con los amigos.
Binisafua es un área residencial situada en un lugar privilegiado, a escasos 800 metros del famoso pueblo de pescadores de Binibeca y tan solo 600 metros de la playa de Binisafua. A pesar de rozar el mar, esta zona se aleja del bullicio de los grandes resorts permitiendo a sus huéspedes unas relajantes vacaciones. A pesar de ellos, cuenta con la ventaja de la proximidad de restaurantes o supermercados.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.
Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests
No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.
Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
Accommodation in a country house does not exempt guests from complying with this rule.

3 Villas made everything so easy and stress free. The villa wash lovely and in a great location. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay in this comfortable villa despite the weather 😄. We will book with 3 villas again!!
