About this house rental
The large, 6 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep up to 18 people in beds. With two living rooms (one with new furniture in 2020) and 2 dining rooms, there is ample space to spread out. The back deck offers beautiful views of the hills and a gas grill to cook that fresh caught Walleye on. The Missouri River is steps away, and fishing from shore is possible, steps to the water are a bit steep.
The front deck offers the perfect spot to relax, drink a cool beverage and enjoy the view. The large, shaded yard is the perfect spot for family games. Start a fire in the fire pit and make some memories or relive some old ones while watching the sun set over the beautiful Missouri River. Minutes from town, boat docks, public beach and Public Hunting and Shooting Range.

The overall property was great! Back deck was popular thanks to the rain, the large backyard was great, the front desk is perfect for groups. We enjoyed how well stocked it was, it was nice to not have to bring anything besides clothing! The whole building was so nice, clean and welcoming. The lockbox gave us a bit of a fit, but we did get it figured out. The closeness to town was so nice. We could run in to do shopping and it was close.An issue was the beach access. It was not clear where it was, and really not accessible when we did find it. Maybe have it cleared out or set stairs if you are going to make it a main selling point. All of us really enjoyed the rental and we will definitely book here again!

This ABB is very outdated. The walls need painted, the deck needs to be redone. Our kids got many slivers when using the railing to go up and down the stairs. The flooring is loose on the kitchen floor and appears to have mold under it. There isn’t a whole lot of light in the house, and no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. We had ants everywhere when we got up Friday morning, and it wasn’t because we had a mess. They were crawling all over our packages of food and in the cupboards, and in our suitcases in the bedroom. There were two packages of open cookies in the cupboard which didn’t help. When we sent the host a message, she responded with it is that time of year, and someone would bring out ant traps. 24 hours later we got the ant traps. Not really the response or the solution to the problem. It may be that time of year, but with a little spray around the house and yard this could be prevented. We have stayed in an ABB the last 4 years and have never had a problem. Kinda disappointed in this place.
