About this house rental
This stunning new build with remarkable craftmanship encapsulates the Vermont experience. Surrounded by nature, you're tucked away with a tranquil river running through the yard. Everything is new, appliances are upscale, and you'll be warm and cozy inside with enough space for you and your family. This house has a beautiful, open living concept designed around a custom fir-beamed central staircase and windows that bring Vermont's beauty inside.
With 4 bedrooms, the hardest decision is where to sleep: a king in the master with a custom ensuite shower, a comfy queen next door, or the "treehouse room" with a four poster bed and a wall of windows displaying the river. Downstairs is another living area with a separate TV, cozy couch and 2 single beds. The main floor features an upscale kitchen that leads to the dining area and then beyond to the living room with a large sectional couch. A "book nook" and enclosed porch looking out to the river provide areas to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking. Windows throughout remind you that you're tucked away in Vermont's woods - this house truly brings the outside in!
There are 2.5 bathrooms total. The lower level has no bath on that floor, there is an extra half bath on first floor.
In the summer, splash in Miller Brook located in the backyard. This house is a nature lover's paradise - hiking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, and back country skiing are just out the door. This house is surrounded by the Mount Mansfield State forest, with multiple trailheads within a mile.

Wonderful house secluded in the woods on a beautiful rushing river! Celebrated Christmas and New Years with grown children, toddler grandson and elderly mother and house was perfect! Kitchen nicely equipped. Thank you to owners who had a Christmas tree up which really made our celebration perfect! The only challenge was the tvs. Fire sticks didn’t really work so we had to use our laptops with an adapter. Fun time!

Lovely home with a modern touch and a wonderful creek out back. The kitchen has the basic utensils and pots/pans, but if you like to cook, check with the owners if they have what you need first. Everything was clean and well appointed. New appliances and great furnishings. Officially it’s a 3 bedroom home with two twin beds in the basement living space. Blake was wonderful and checked in on us after a heavy rain storm, everything was fine! As most driveways are in Vermont, it’s tiny gravel and dirt that can get in the house. Important to bring the proper footwear and keep shoes at the door.
