Top notch place. Convenient to everything especially Snug Harbor (where we have a boat slip). Owners very attentive and onsite (restaurant below). There were no issues with the stay or the property. Defiantly coming back again. Need to see when it is available!!

B&B is brand new and well-thought out. Very convenient parking. Inside the decor is farmhouse style … tastefully decorated! Each bedroom is named - cute idea! And each has a combination lock. Sunrise room kept locking so we left our bedroom door open. May want to check that. Beds are super comfy! As is the bedding! Each room as a television, another plus! Washer and dryer centrally located on the bedroom floor - super big too! Barn doors on the front of the laundry - can’t say enough about the decor! Upstairs - plenty of room for seating in the living room. I thought the sofa could be a bit more comfortable but my sister thought it was perfect! Big screen tv. Games and books provided! Lots of inspirational pictures and signs! Just loved it! Kitchen was well stocked. Very close to Oneida Lake - Marina directly across the street. Extremely co venue y if you are bringing a boat. Marina was Snug Harvor. $40 per day for a slip. The other houses in the area aren’t super upscale. But, that didn’t deter from our stay. Close walk to Crazy Clam and to the Lake House restaurant on front of Sylvan Beach. Lake House has 100 slot machines and great food! Owners of the B&B were really friendly! The food at the Farmhouse on the first floor restaurant - simply excellent! We had breakfast every day and it was awesome! Would definitely stay again!
