Please note that Salt and Stone Management owns and operates the surrounding 14 villas. This property is ideal for families vacationing together or sports teams.
Getting Around:
You're just a short drive from popular attractions like Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. For those who prefer to walk, the beautiful seawall beach is only a 5-minute stroll away.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests may check in anytime after 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please message us in advance with your estimated arrival time. If we are not notified ahead of time and any issues occur after 10:00 PM, we may not be able to assist until the following morning. The minimum age for the primary guest is 21. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (a $250 fine will apply). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that events and parties are not permitted at this property.

We stayed for the Fourth of July weekend and had a really great time. The location was really good, the complex felt safe, and the location was nice. Just a few blocks from the seawall. The house was pristinely clean and we would recommend to others.!

Great property...super close to the ocean and Moody Gardens. Very clean and pristine with all that you need. Beds and pillows are comfy, and plenty of nice kitchen accessories. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful home and just minutes from Schlitterbawn. If your looking for a meticulous clean home to stay, this is it. Plenty of linens and well stocked home with all the basic necessities you would need. Had to contact the Host a few times and got a quick response every time.
Only 2 negatives:
1) Everyone had a hard time finding the place because the address for the house is on Stewart but the entrance is actually around the corner.
2) The area is not completely fenced in and as we sat outside we witnessed someone getting arrested across the street—made us a little concerned but overall it was a great trip.
If the home was fenced and there was no safety concern, we would have given it a 5STAR
