About this villa rental
Come enjoy a wonderful family villa with two private beaches at your doorstep. Located in a secluded and quiet area of Lefkada Island, at the edge of the Geni Peninsula, you can enjoy watching the mega yachts or traditional Greek fishing boats circling Scorpios Island directly in front of you.
Set on over an acre of land filled with beautiful gardens and ancient olive trees, you will have complete privacy away from the hustle and bustle. But if you want to venture out, you will find a selection of six wonderful waterfront restaurants within 2 kilometers from the villa. Nidri is a 15 minute drive, Sivota is just 20 minutes and Lefkada town is 25 minutes away.
The villa boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. On the top floor you will find three bedrooms and a private reading/tv room with a large wrap around balcony the length of the house. On the middle floor you will find an expansive kitchen with seating for 7, top of the line appliances by LG, Franke and Miele and Bosch. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room with seating for 12 and there is also a large living room with another large TV and an area for card and games. At the ground floor you will find the poolside guest suite with it's own private entrance, full kitchen and open living/dining room along with two large bedrooms and bathrooms.
Outside you can enjoy relaxing by the pool, reading under the pergola or enjoying a cocktail from the expansive balconies. And for the cook in the family you can enjoy using the outdoor BBQ and pizza oven.

Kristi and Kostas’s beautiful house on the edge of the sea gave our family and friends a wonderful week. The views across to Skorpios island are sublime. The house is very well fitted out with everything you could need for a holiday - infinity pool, outdoor eating and bbq area, air conditioning throughout, beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. We were welcomed by Kat who manages the property and who was a huge help in organising restaurants and shopping on arrival. The daily cleaning was very helpful. Kasi cooked wonderful traditional Greek meals for us. The private beach with kayaks and SUP was a real bonus. We rented a boat for the week which allowed us to travel quickly to nearby Nidri for shopping and restaurants, as well as to Meganysi. We have stayed in lots of villas around the world, but Waters Edge is by far the most lovely, enjoyable and relaxing house we have had the privilege to rent. We could not fault the house, staff and booking process and look forward to visiting again!
