This is a thoroughly remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

Property was as advertised. Close to downtown, great to walk and enjoy many good restaurants. We were in for a wedding and it was a perfect distance from all activities Very affordable

We enjoyed the place and how convenient it was to be so close to downtown and all the restaurants ! Coming from a smaller town it was amazing to have the convenience of everything near by. The place was perfect for what we needed and it was very clean and open ! Will definitely save this place and book here again

Perfect size for 2 people. Very comfortable bed. Easily walkable to downtown Bothell shops, restaurants etc.

Great, responsive host. We stayed here while we were transitioning from the sale of our house. Really needed and enjoyed all the amenities and kitchen supplies. Easy 405 freeway access, plus UW Bothell campus.
