Ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing vacation in an elegant and comfortable villa. Nestled in the enchanting rural landscape of the Iblean region, where you can soak up the atmosphere and scents of the countryside, this brand-new villa, situated on a hilltop, offers panoramic views of the azure sea just a short distance away, creating a magical atmosphere during sunsets mozzafiato.La. The villa, equipped with a SWIMMING POOL, A PADEL COURT, parking, and 3 spacious double bedrooms—each with a private bathroom—featuring modern, designer interiors, will be your ideal setting.
The villa is spread over two levels: on the first floor, there is a bright living area that, thanks to large glass walls, offers a beautiful panoramic view of the pool, the garden, and the surrounding landscape. Also on the first floor is a well-equipped kitchen (equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster), and beyond a large blue wall lies the first double bedroom (the “Yellow Room”) with a view of the garden and a bathroom featuring a spacious shower stall. Upstairs are the other two spacious double bedrooms (the “orange room” and the “green room” with panoramic views), each with its own en suite bathroom. A fourth outdoor bathroom with a changing room and both an outdoor and indoor shower serves the pool area.

A second covered terrace offers a table, chairs, and a barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners.
A private parking area, enclosed by an automatic gate, comfortably accommodates 3 cars. Next to the parking area, a brand-new padel court ensures healthy exercise and fun.
The villa features a heating and cooling system, Wi-Fi internet, and four smart TVs—one in each double bedroom and a large-screen TV in the living room.
The villa is ideal for one or two families, or for groups of friends who want to relax, have fun, and visit the area’s tourist attractions. Just a few minutes from the beach and the town’s amenities, the villa is strategically located for exploring both the entire coastline—with its wide, golden beaches stretching from Punta Secca (the setting of the Montalbano series) to Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata, Sampieri, Marzamemi, and beyond— (Perhaps by renting a boat at the new, well-equipped marina in Marina di Ragusa), as well as the Baroque tourist towns of the Val di Noto—designated as an UNESCO World Heritage Site—such as Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, and Noto. It is also just a few kilometers from Donnafugata Castle, a sumptuous late-19th-century noble residence, and a short distance from the Irminio River Nature Reserve and the Randello Nature Reserve.

This review is very close to my heart.We had an incredibly wonderful time at Villa Arilla!We have been traveling as a group to different countries for years now. Never before have we had anything to complain about.We came across this house by chance at the time, as it is quite unique due to the padel court.For all padel fans here, the court is really great and the flying light makes for unique duels in a beautiful sunset.As we wanted to play padel, the accommodation was of secondary importance at first, but on arrival it quickly became clear how unique the whole property is.We were in the house with 7 adults and the space is perfectly adequate. Each room has a comfortable double bed and even its own bathroom. There is also air conditioning in every room, perfect for feeling comfortable. The kitchen is also well equipped and if the sun gets too much, you can find shade on the terraces around the house. The pool is a great size and offers the perfect way to cool off. It is even cleaned if necessary. But what surprised us the most and made this vacation so unique was the exchange with the owner. We have never experienced anything so great and special before! Contact was made before our arrival to fulfill any wishes in advance. This gave us a very special feeling of appreciation even before the trip.Even during our stay, the owner was always on hand with help and advice. She also had an open ear for adjustments regarding arrival and departure and accommodated us.
