The open-concept living area features a spacious lounge with a wall-mounted 55-inch Smart TV and comfortable seating, flowing seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island for five. A formal dining table with seating for eight makes mealtimes a breeze. With six beautifully designed bedrooms—including a king suite on the first floor, multiple queen suites upstairs, and fun custom-designed kids’ rooms—this villa accommodates up to 12 guests with ease. A loft area offers extra relaxation space, perfect for family movie nights or quiet downtime.
Entertainment and outdoor living are at the heart of Solara Springs Villa. Inside, a basketball themed game room offers air hockey, table football, and mini basketball for hours of fun. Outside, enjoy your private screened-in pool and spa, complete with sun loungers and a dining table for six—ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine or dining al fresco under the stars. ● POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
● GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in the property, unfortunately the property could do with refreshing as the paintwork and doors were grubby. It could also be better equipped for the number of people it is designed for. We had very few towels and we were only a party of 4, it is a 6 bedroom so could hold 12 people easily There was only soap in two of the bathrooms and some of the other items on my arrival info were missing. We loved the location however the pool area was small and would not be able to accommodate 12 people if the villa was at capacity . There were no sun loungers poolside to allow you to lie by the pol on rest days although you could visit the community pool at the clubhouse.

The house was precisely advertized and more spacious than it looked from the outside. Besides of a couple broken chairs that we put aside for safety, this property is everything you read and see in the pictures. The house and property are very clean. Amenities were great at the home and at the clubhouse. Would stay here again.

I’ve always loved Solara Resort when I come to vacay in Orlando. This home was an okay home, the pictures indicated a spacious, clean & modern home. However, there needs to be an update with their cleaning routine, there were small ants on the dining table, there were mold in the master bathroom on the first floor, which were my parents room. One other major issue we had was the internet outage & the inability to utilize any of the Roku tvs which isn’t the most fun when you have little ones vacationing with you.
