Cozy Family-Friendly Beach Retreat with Pool

Such a warm, inviting, really wonderful home. Our family had a great time here. The area is gorgeous. Just a short and scenic walk to the shore. Great coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. The pool was perfect - and heated! Anthony was a great host - checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this property!

We had the best week at this beautiful home. The owners were detailed, thoughtful and incredibly attentive!Sometimes a few hiccups inevitably happen like losing AC on the hottest day of the summer so far (always seems to happen that way!) but they went above and beyond all expectations and had it fixed asap while finding solutions to keep us cool in the meantime (window units and door dashed icecream!) We loved our stay, and can’t wait to come back!

The owners are family friends and ever since they first bought this property, we’ve been looking forward to renting it for a weekend away. Well, we finally had the opportunity and all we can say is WOW. We strongly recommend this property, whether for a weekend away from the city, a month during the summer, or just a shoulder season retreat. It's exceptional on all measures: (1) Location – Bellport is an easy trip from the city by car or public transport, making it an incredible place to get away for even a quick weekend. The property itself is easy walking distance to the town center where there are amazing coffee shops, really fun places to shop, and great food (including healthy options). (2) Host – Anthony is an extremely high integrity person w/ impeccable attention to detail. He made the stay very easy, and had excellent recommendations for how to make the most of our stay. (3) Property – it’s better than in the pictures. The backyard and the (heated) pool are an oasis to hang out in, enjoy a swim, bbq, have dinner. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need, and there are an incredible number of comfy beds that make this a particularly great place for hosting families (there’s even a playroom!). Fast wifi for wfh. (4) Experience – it’s amazing this home is so close to the city. It feels so different from city life; I can’t believe how accessible it was. How lovely to have that extra time to spend at the pool and the beach, rather than in the car.

We've had the privilege of renting homes around the world, but our recent stay at your VRBO property in Bellport was truly beyond exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were moved by the detail of attention provided by Anthony based upon our previous communications as well as the beautiful home itself. The home was perfect for our relaxing stay due to its size, location and extremely comfortable amenities. It was a wonderful place to gather with family and friends during our stay for a nearby family wedding. But what truly elevated our experience was the amazing host, Anthony. We traveled with a grandchild and Anthony went above and beyond to provide a pack n play in addition to a highchair along with various toys. He was courteous and attentive in all aspects and was able to provide us with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. His attention to our family needs, hospitality and local knowledge made us feel right at home. The location of the property was also fantastic. Situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood close to many areas to explore made for a wonderful experience for all. It provided the perfect balance of relaxation and exploration. Overall, our stay at your VRBO rental was an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming quality home, a great location, and an amazing host.
