Built in 2021, this newly constructed home is thoughtfully designed with a clean, modern aesthetic and calming Zen-inspired touches throughout. Every detail has been curated to create a luxurious yet welcoming environment.
This one-bedroom retreat is ideal for couples seeking comfort, privacy, and a beautifully styled space to unwind and connect.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Orlando’s sought-after Milk District, you’ll find yourself immersed in one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. Enjoy effortless access to a curated selection of restaurants, upscale bars, coffee shops, and local activities—all just steps away.
Getting around is seamless, with electric scooters and bike rentals conveniently located throughout the area, making it easy to explore Downtown Orlando with style and ease.

Please note: Outdoor amenities, including the hot tub and grill area, are for your private use. However, you may occasionally see another person on the property. While this is uncommon, we value transparency so you know what to expect.

• Street parking is readily available directly in front of the home
• Please do not park in nearby business lots—they actively tow unauthorized vehicles
• Exterior security camera monitoring parking areas for added peace of mind

To maintain the elevated experience of the home, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following:
Age Requirement
• Primary guest must be 30 years or older
• ID may be required for verification
Occupancy
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time
• No additional visitors
Smoking Policy
• This is a strictly non-smoking property (including vaping)
• Due to severe allergies, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property
• A $500 fee will be applied if smoke is detected indoors

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved furry companions with prior approval:
• A fully refundable $200 pet deposit is required after booking
• One pet per reservation
• Weight limit: 25 lbs (exceptions may be considered upon request)
• Pets must remain leashed while outdoors
• Pets must be crated if left unattended (crate available upon request)
Important:
Unapproved pets or pets not listed on the reservation will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Our weekend stay was excellent! The house was clean, had everything we needed and more. There were special touches everywhere, from the popcorn and candy in the theater space to the variety of syrup flavors to add to your coffee. We were celebrating my girlfriend’s birthday and the host arranged a beautiful setting with rose petals, wine, and chocolate. She loved it! There was a happy birthday sign at the top of the bed and more! The house was very cozy! We even opted to stay in the second night and have movie night. We loved the reclining sofa. We did not get to use the spa but it’s very nice and private. The only drawback is the size of the room and bed. It’s really made for one but you can make it work for two for a short stay. But, everything else about the house and host more than makes up for the small bedroom. The lanai is another cozy space that you can retreat too. The neighborhood is decent and there’s a nearby shopping/restaurant area that’s about a 5 minute drive. We definitely recommend the place and would stay again.

Amazing house! Very clean, the movie room was probably my favorite part! We only stayed one night to be close to the airport on our last day but I wish we stayed here the whole time! The owner was very helpful with making sure we got to the right place and let us check in early and even giving us ideas of things to do close by! Highly recommended!

Me and my boyfriend had such a great time! Brandi, the property owner was very attentive, and had everything for us. The house was wonderful and up to date with everything we needed. Plus the location was perfect! Just minutes from downtown Orlando! I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Brandi!
