Nestled in Phoenix, this delightful Duplex offers a tranquil escape for guests. With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a murphy bed/office room, a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer, and convenient amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washing machine, this brilliant property is the perfect home away from home. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
Centrally located in the heart of phoenix, this space offers a convenient outlet to anywhere in the valley. Steps away from the walkable/Bike-able salt river canal, you can find everything you need less than a mile in any direction.
Enjoy libations at the neighborhood Bar/Restaurt 1 block away. Or the local brewery situated on the canal. The space is located between 3 major hospitals,The VA hospital, St Joes and Phoenix Childrens Hopital. Downtown PHX is only 3 miles away and old town scottsdale, a quick 20 minute drive. This is 1 of 2 VRBO units that are attached to each other, sharing 1 wall down the middle of the building. Each Space has its own carport and side yard. As well as each has its own washer dryer in the carport shed. The recently renovated yard offers guests a nice sitting are for morning coffee as well as a gas fire pit for evening under the stars. There is also a space for a little competitive corn hole game. The neighborhood is quiet with not much traffic. Mostly just neighbors walking at sunset. The unit has everything you should need for a comfortable stay. Fully equipped kitchen extra linens and blankets.

Very clean, lovely interior. Nice outdoor area. Lots of night roaches. Some can access the inside through small cracks in doorway. Careful of the cornhole game as there is a black widow somewhere out of sight but don’t risk it. Overall the place is great!

I came here with my bestie for my birthday trip and absolutely loved our stay! Gabriel was very communicative, the check in was even ready before the check in time. Everything was clean and neat with amazing amenities and “favors” such as makeup wipes and black towels. The location was also great and close to a shopping center & convenient stores. The ambiance and vibes in the house were amazing. Will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Phoenix!
