Overall our stay at this Vrbo was wonderful! The host was highly communicative, the house was clean and well stocked, and was very conveniently located to the big parks. There were plenty of towels as well, more than enough for the 7 of us who stayed here. There were only two issues that bothered us: 1. The water coming out of the taps smelled awful. We believe this might be because of the high sulphur content of the water in Florida, but it made using the tap water borderline impossible. We ran a load of laundry and the clothes came out smelling worse than they went in. 2. The heated pool and hot tub requires extra payment to enable. It's not much, but when the property description says "Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees." and when it lists the hot tub as an amenity, you'd expect it to be included in the price. Other than those two minor issues, this is a great location for a large group of folks to stay on an Orlando visit.

Host was great with communication. House was very nice and perfect for my crew. The only issue that we had was that there is no basic TV package. You need to have your own apps for this.

House is just as pictured. Very clean. Only note is the couches in living room do sit pretty low so anyone with knee problems or elderly family members might have issues getting up. Thats just personal preference the house was amazing! Any issues or questions were answered quickly.

Our stay was great, but the listing was missing a couple of things. The pool table was not usable either, on account of non working sticks. There were not enough towels for everyone.
But the host was nice and on top of the communication,
