This spacious 2,684 square foot property comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in the main house and an additional 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the ATTACHED casita with separate entrance, offering flexibility and privacy for families and groups.
Upon stepping through the home's private entrance, you are welcomed by a spacious open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all filled with natural light and enhanced by beautiful red rock views.
Living Room: The expansive living room features comfortable leather sofa seating, stylish accent chairs, and a Smart TV, all set within a bright, airy space designed for relaxation and gathering.
Sun Room: Step down into the sunroom, featuring two luxurious oversized chaise lounges, perfect for unwinding in abundant natural light while enjoying a book or morning coffee. This space also provides easy access to the backyard.
Kitchen: This completely remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, and is fully stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. The oversized kitchen island with seating for 4 makes it a natural gathering spot.
Dining Area: Enjoy meals with a view at the dining table with seating for 8, surrounded by windows that bring the outdoors in. Direct patio access allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

This space includes a cozy living room with a Smart TV, two spacious bedrooms each with King beds and Smart TVs, and a full bathroom featuring a shower and oversized soaking tub—ideal for multi-generational stays or groups traveling together.
Outdoor Area: The upper deck provides ample seating to take in the sweeping red rock views. The lower backyard is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring generous seating areas, a fire table, and a fully fenced yard. Enjoy the private heated saltwater pool, unwind in the above-ground hot tub, or grill on the gas BBQ. Guests consistently highlight this outdoor space as a favorite for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings.
Pool: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated from October 1–March 31. POOL TEMPERATURES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!

We traveled to Sedona for a family reunion and needed a home that could comfortably accommodate multiple generations, with ages ranging from 17 to 74. This house could not have been more ideal. The views in nearly every direction are breathtaking. Our two great-aunts were especially delighted to sip their morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the red rock mountains, then settle in early to enjoy the sunset before cozying up under a blanket for a movie in the evenings.The guesthouse, with its private entrance, was perfect for the younger adults, allowing them to stay up late laughing, playing games, and planning their next day’s trail adventures without disturbing anyone in the main house. The home is spotless, thoughtfully stocked for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing, and conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return soon!

This location was fantastic. The view was amazing and centrally located to all we wanted to do! Several trailheads right in “our backyard” Whomever decorated this home did a phenomenal job. I want to copy all the furniture in my own home. We had a leak issue due to all the rain and someone was sent quickly to fix it! Absolutely incredible accommodations for an amazing girls trip!!! When we come back we would absolutely recommend. Perfect for 8 adults!!

It was a beautiful house and a great stay! Our only complaints are that we had a few problems with the fire pit, AC, and a smell in the casita. It would be a lot easier to deal with one person to resolve the issues vs having to talk to multiple people as the communication gets lost in the process.

Overall nice. Was disappointed with the false advertising around the pool, which we found out when we arrived it wasn’t heated for use. There were a few old 1950’s windows that did not work. The entry to the house was without a handrail and difficult for one of my guests, and a building code violation. We were under the impression that we rented a 4 bedroom. What was there was a separate detached garage conversion that wasn’t connected to the house, here again false advertisement. High price to pay for these inconveniences.
