• A smoking violation fee will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
🎉 No Parties or Unauthorized Events
Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
• Events are only permitted with prior written approval from the host.
• Event fees may apply.
• Unauthorized parties or events may result in immediate cancellation without refund and additional fees.
🐕 Pets
Pets are allowed only if approved in advance.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet hair is found, especially on furniture, bedding, or carpets.
👟 No Shoes on Carpet
Please remove shoes before stepping onto carpeted areas to help maintain cleanliness and prevent damage.
🚗 Parking
• Only one (1) vehicle is allowed to park on the street directly in front of the house.
• No blocking driveways, sidewalks, or neighboring properties.
• Additional vehicles must follow local street-parking regulations.
🔇 Respect the Neighborhood
• Quiet hours must be respected, especially during the evening and night.
• Please be mindful of neighbors at all times.
🧹 Cleanliness & Care
• Please treat the home with respect.
• Any damage, missing items, or excessive mess may result in additional charges.

Failure to follow house rules may result in:

• Immediate termination of the reservation

Our activity centered around McKinney Falls State Park. So easy to access! Was pristine when we arrived, amenities center folks were vwry friendly and basically everything as advertised!Host VERY responsive!!!If available , we'll stay again next year!
