•Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are on the main floor and each have a queen bed.
•Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the basement.
•Bedroom 4 is the master suite and has a king bed and an en-suite full bath.
•Bedroom 5 / toy room has a pullout sofa bed.
•Basement also contains a lounge room with 75` smart TV.
Extra linens, towels, and toiletries provided.
Hair dryer and shampoo
Iron and ironing board
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all your basic cooking supplies.
Salt,pepper, and a few other spices provided
Coffee station with assortment of coffee and k cups
Pack n play in closet next to kitchen
Off street parking for as many as 4 vehicles
No parking in garage
Entire space is included in this rental. Please,make yourself at home.
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

🗑️Trash pickup day is Tuesdays so if you are staying on a Monday night we kindly ask that you set the trash cans out to the street.
🔈Please remember that you are staying in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect the outdoor quiet hours which are from 10pm to 6am.
🔒Garage is locked owner storage.

Daniel was welcoming and responsive. If anything was needed he would be there. This house is perfection. The location is tops, the home is updated and beautifully decorated and the yard has nothing left out. I would recommend this home to both large and smaller families. You can’t beat it.

We were visiting the area to see a show at Sight and Sound. This home was in the perfect location, making it very convenient to get to the show and back. The hosts home was beautiful, with every thought of their guests taken into consideration. They were so pleasant to communicate with as well. If you stay, you will not be disappointed.
