Located on the second floor, this condo is accessed by stairs, as there is no elevator. With the beach just across the street, this inviting condo makes a wonderful home base for a relaxing Florida getaway.
Inside, you'll find solid-surface flooring throughout and plenty of natural light. Newly replaced windows help create a bright, comfortable, and quiet space where you can unwind after a day at the beach.
The well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals right at the condo, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or sitting down for a full dinner. A drip coffee maker is provided so you can start each morning with a fresh cup of coffee.
For entertainment, Sony Smart TVs are located in both the living room and main bedroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stream your favorite shows, stay connected, or catch up on work while you're away.

Great experience as usual and the reason we keep renting the unit! Also, Teresa is just awesome. Always pleasant and happy and ensures satisfaction if anything is needed. She's a top rated, guest facing representation for the owners (and Gulf Winds Resort too).

Didn't know the condo was on the third floor and the facility didn't have elevator. The only outlet in the bathroom didn't work
