Cozy, quaint, artsy cottage in the heart of Warm Springs. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants, galleries, trails, spa, the Warm Springs Pools and more! 5 mile drive to The Homestead Resort. Begin your day with coffee on the glass porch, among the treetops while listening to the clock-tower chime the hour and end it with sunsets around the fire pit before enjoying amazing stargazing. Take the walking tour down Germantown Road beginning at the Waterwheel and visit the Bath County Historical society. Convenient centralized location. Enjoy the charm of the claw foot tub and farmhouse sink. You’ll get a true taste of nostalgia and cottage mountain living! Queen bedroom and single bedroom share a door. Can be closed and used as two bedrooms or opened and used as a suite. Roll away bed is available.

Our stay at the cottage was all that we had hoped it would be. It’s cozy, clean, and comfortable. It’s right in the heart of everything there is to do in Warm Springs and Hot Springs. The cottage has everything that guests would need to enjoy their stay, including a chipmunk family that is highly entertaining both morning and evening.Thank you to the owners, Jami and Chris, and the property manager, Pam, for welcoming us warmly. They provided recommendations that we found to be the highlights of our trip. There’s something to do for every interest from hiking on one of the many surrounding trails, like Ingalls Overlook, Friday night at the Oakley Cidery, to rejuvenating at the Omni Homestead Spa, a day pass is a must, to soaking in the Warm Springs pools and dining at anyone of the restaurants in the area. We highly recommend the following: The Milk House Market for lunch, Troddenvale (Oakley Farm) for their cider and farm fresh fare and the Tavern at the Inn in Warm Springs. Every meal and drink was excellent! The Omni Spa Serenity Gardens, Café provides delicious food options and drinks to enjoy poolside, and Bacova has bar fare and a great atmosphere, both in Hot Springs. There is so much to do that we look forward to another visit to return to the spa, the mineral pools, and dinner at the Water Wheel restaurant, that also comes highly recommended.We hope you enjoy your stay at the cottage as much as we did!

What a great spot! Location was perfect for food, warm springs and activities! The house was so warm with lots of light. Everyone was comfortable. Thank you so much for having us!
