Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Drip and K-Cup coffee makers are provided.

Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

House was everything that you could have imagined. The pictures are exactly what you see when you walk into each room. We loved to watch movies in the theater, and the kids played every game multiple times. The hot tub and pool worked perfectly, and the outside movie screen was great for an evening grilling out. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend for a family stay.

The Harry Potter themed home exceeded our expectations. Rented it for a family gathering and everyone loved it. We will definitely rent it again, no one wanted to leave.

The house decor was amazing and was enjoyed by all. Check in/check out was easy with instructions being sent in advance. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool area, theater, game room and the room under the stairs.

Nothing negative to say about this property! We all loved the arcade/game room, pool and hot tub, and the theater room. The property was clean with comfortable beds. The double washers and dryers were much appreciated. We had a fabulous week and would definitely stay here again!
