The property itself was very nice. Clean, well maintained, and nicely decorated. The pool was clean and the kids had a great time.

We loved the location since Henderson Beach is our favorite! We enjoyed the area being close to places we need like the store and restaurants.
The pool area was super nice especially on the double red flag days. It was large enough that my kids could play in a small area and still enjoy themselves. I do think the pool area could use more rules/enforcing of those rules for safety/enjoyment. Hot tub was usually packed with 20+kids.
Our condo was suitable in size for our family of 5. We had an electrical problem that was fixed right away. The room temperature was excellent with all appliances working without error. We had plenty of hot water which is a must too! The ice and water feature on the fridge was a huge perk for our water loving family. We did find a bra from a guest prior to us and rewashed some dishes but it wasn’t a huge deal. The rest of the place was exceptionally clean and well taken care of.
The bunks were a little uncomfortable for the kids and we opted to use the sofa bed. The master bed was great with soft pillows!
The resort had plenty of parking but hallways and elevators were pretty warm.
Overall- we loved our stay and would recommend to others! (We have 3 kids aged 11, 10 and 8)

This place was neat & in a good location in Destin. I recommend it for a family with small kids. I didn’t realize when I booked it that it only had a king bed and a bunk bed in the other room. Since I was traveling w/my almost 80yr old mother, she slept in the room with the king sized bed & my son & I slept on the bunk beds. They were not the most comfortable, but it wasn’t bad for only 2 nights there! The shower in the main bedroom was a little difficult for my mother to get in & out of so she ended up using the shower in the second bathroom. Both showers had these cool “party lights” which were a nice feature. The living room & master bedroom had extra large TV’s & the entire living areas were spacious.
The check-in process was easy & the 3 pools are a nice amenity. Will definitely stay at this location again!
