Ground Floor Efficiency Studio located in World renowned World Tour Golf Course. The Grande Villas offer luxury, peace & quiet, only minutes from the Ocean.
Located in the Carolina Forest section of Myrtle Beach, you'll be a short stroll to the pool, fitness center & Clubhouse with onsite bar/restaurant. Great for golfers, couples, travel nurses, solo adventurers, business travelers, and a small family.
I don't live on site but I'm close by & reachable through Messenger. :)

When you turn into the main entrance, you don't need to stop at the security gate (it's the check in point for golfers only) Continue down the road for a short distance & you'll see the villas on your left. Make your 1st left turn into the parking lot (If you reach the roundabout circle, facing the large Clubhouse, you went too far.)
You can park directly in front of the 1st building which says "THE ENGLISH TURN" on the front.
When you're facing the building, your condo is Unit 101-B, on the ground level, far left side.
***The smart code (No Key) to access your unit will be sent as soon as the condo is ready, prior to 4pm, or earlier, if early check in is possible***

Trendy Blue Studio is a cute little studio apartment perfect for a single person, student or a couple. My daughter stayed here during a 3 month internship for school and it was the perfect place for her. Conveniently located to her job and in a nice safe area with lots of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, walk-in clinics and even a hospital close by. The apartment was clean and nicely updated and the owner was great and very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend this place to future travelers.
