Check in was not as streamlined as other properties we have stayed in during our travels. Inconvenient, but not difficult. Much prefer digital door codes in lieu of having to go out of way to find office to pick up keys. The large cleaning fee was interesting considering the required cleaning list tennants MUST complete in order to not be charged even more cleaning fees. Important to note, this is only the case with VRBO managed properties. The other cabin management companies we frequently stay with are 100% cleaner and do not require tennants to clean the cabin and strip the beds in order to not incur even MORE cleaning fees. Adding a bit more irony to the large cleaning fee charged in advance of the stay was the disgusting state of the water in the hot tub. It was foamy green.

The only issue we had was the instructions to the property on the paper given were not clear. Other than that the house was amazing! We will definitely be renting it again in the future! The team was wonderful!
