About this apartment rental
A recently renovated apartment ideally located less than 5 minutes from downtown and the ski lift. You’ll love the 180° view—especially from the balcony—the bright, airy atmosphere of the apartment, and the well-equipped kitchen, as well as the available parking and ski locker. With its removable bunk bed, it’s perfectly suited for a couple with children. The Mont Blanc tram is just a few meters away, taking you to the Les Houches ski area in just a few minutes. Welcome!
This third-floor apartment consists of the following rooms:
> Bedroom with a 140-cm double bed
> Entryway/hallway leading to a sleeping area (removable 90-cm bunk bed). Please note that once opened, the passageway is narrow. It is therefore necessary to close it every day. Very quick and easy to use.
> Bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, hair straightener)
> Fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, combination oven and microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, etc.)
> Living room (Smart TV, Wi-Fi) with dining area (seats 4) and access to the balcony (deck chairs)
> Guest restroom
A private parking space and a ski locker are also available.
A quiet neighborhood despite its close proximity to downtown St. Gervais (5-minute walk) and various public transportation options. Various shops and restaurants are within 500 meters, and the tourist office is nearby. A children’s playground is on the way.
Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the residence’s parking lot.
As for public transportation, the Mont Blanc tram is a 2-minute walk away and serves the slopes in Les Houches: Motivon, Col de Voza, and Bellevue, the line’s terminus. You’re also a 5-minute walk from the main gondola, the Valeen, which provides direct access to the slopes. The St. Gervais thermal baths are accessible via the thermal baths elevator, which is free and also a 5-minute walk away.
