Take a refreshing dip in the sea, which is just steps away, then stroll back for a leisurely breakfast. Off-site parking ensures a stress-free arrival, allowing you to fully immerse yourselves in the magic of Port Isaac.
Step inside and be greeted by an authentic Cornish atmosphere. Original slate flooring and exposed beams set the scene, while the luxuriously furnished living area invites relaxation. Curl up on the large, soft-suede Chesterfield sofa or fire up the stunning inset wood burner for a cosy evening. Open the stable door and let in the sounds of the village – the perfect soundtrack to your escape. Fuel your Cornish adventures with delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Featuring top-of-the-range appliances and ample workspace, it boasts Sophie Conran and Le Creuset cookware, ready to inspire your culinary creations. There is an induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and Smeg coffee machine with milk frother available for your use. The dining area offers a table with seating for four.
The master suite is a haven of tranquillity, featuring a sumptuous king size bed, calming colour palette, Smart TV and ample storage. But the true indulgence awaits in the deep, free-standing copper bath, perfect for long soaks after a day of exploring. The second double bedroom offers a touch of nautical charm with its playful octopus-print fabrics. Complete with a Smart TV and additional storage in the hallway, it provides a comfortable retreat for another couple or guests. A contemporary shower room offers a large walk-in shower with rainfall head, illuminated mirror, wash hand basin and WC.

One Well Behaved Dog is Welcome – A £20.00 charge per dog per week applies. Please note that dogs must not be left in the holiday home unattended or allowed on any furniture.

Gorgeous property in excellent location just steps from the harbour and heart of Port Isaac. Lovely furnishings and touches throughout. Would absolutely stay again!

The property is beautifully presented and spotlessly clean in a killer location. It might be noisy and congested in the high season, but on a sunny weekend in April it was perfect.
If you are a fan of Doc Martin you will love it. You walk out the front door and straight into the "Crab & Lobster" which is actualy The Golden Lion.
Its just yards away from the Michellin Stared Outlaws Fish Kichen. Book well in advance (months) if you want to guarantee a table in the high season, but its worth it.
The managing agent was really helpful when we had a small issue with the key safe.
The property has a parking space which are at a premium in Port Isaac.
A word of warning: the space is on the edge of town about 1/4 mile away, and it is a strenuous walk up a very steep hill. If you are fit and healthy its no problem. If you have mobility issues it might be.
