THE SPACE:
This spacious, split-level home has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a family room upstairs and an additional common space in the basement. This home also boasts a large deck with outdoor seating and dining, a gas grill, and an epic detached game room in the back yard– perfect for the whole family!
Main Floor: Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs that share a full bathroom. There is a kitchen, dining room, and a large living room on the main floor of this home.
Garden Floor: Downstairs, you will find a spacious family room with a Smart TV as well as a fourth bedroom, full bathroom, and a full sized washer and dryer.

I booked this house to have a weekend with Mom and Sisters. The house was very spacious, clean and welcoming. It was really easy to get to and loved that it had a garage to park in. We had a large SUV and it was able to fit in the garage with no problem. There were so many amenities that I loved about this property but my favorite was the 3 bathrooms and Keurig coffee pot (also had a regular coffee maker too) The air/heat worked like a dream in this house! I never had to call my host-Sebastian because I didn't have any issues. I did talk with him after our stay and he was so courteous in explaining what I had a question about. I give him a 10 out of 10 for professionalism and kindness.I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Castlerock, CO. For us...it felt like a home away from home.

The game room added a nice environment for us due to rainy days during our stay.

Overall the property was clean, kitchen, living rooms, bathrooms. Sheets on king bed were soiled with body fluids. No extra set of king sheet to be found. Discovered this at 10:30pm on arrival night and no response from host until next day. Had to wash and dry that set of sheets. All mattresses need replacement, very soft, absolutely no support whatsoever! Also, grey hairs were found on pillowcase in room with bunk beds. Game room had non functioning air hockey (puck would stay stuck inside goal) and basketball game would not turn on. Perhaps needed batteries replaced but why was that not checked before our arrival. Host didn’t make any effort to compensate for these issues just said he would point it out to the cleaning staff and get mechanical assistance out to check the game room. Didn’t really help our stay as we were only there Thursday- Sunday.
