It is a studio size, private house. 200 sf, but with all the things you need. Very quiet neighborhood and 3 easy blocks to a very beautiful and not crowded beach.
Only downside, no bed for 2. Just a large comfy daybed with a trundle underneath.
Perfect for rest spot as you do the outdoor things.
