20m² studio in wooden frame meeting the latest environmental standards built in 2020. it is composed of a sleeping area with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and sanitary, a kitchen area.
This ground floor apartment is south facing. Completely independent of our guest house, it offers a privileged location, 200 meters from the famous cliffs of the Alabaster Coast, 50 m from the GR21 hiking trail, between Fécamp and Yport, 15 minutes from Etretat.
Our property is fortunate to be located in a quiet and typical village where tranquility and happiness reign to enjoy the seaside.
The new studio is fully furnished and equipped, only bed and bathroom linen and cleaning are not included, but are optional without worries.
Ideal for couples, possibility of cot.
You can take advantage of the private enclosed parking, the landscaped garden and a garden furniture to enhance your stay :)
