Bedroom 1: Queen bed with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Full bed with large closet space

Bedroom 3: Twin bed + twin pull out mattress great for kids (also OK for adults).

Bedroom 4: Queen bed located in the lower level of the home.

Additional Sleeping options: Queen sized air mattress with pump included easily set up in the basement for additional sleeping space. Pack n' Play also provided.

Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan, wardrobe, and curtains for added privacy and a great nights' sleep.

Ring Doorbell - Camera records video and audio

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked storage closets.

Other things to note
-An exterior ring camera (audio and video) is installed at the front entrance of our home for 24/7 safety and security. If the Ring camera malfunctions during your stay, a maintenance person may arrive (with prior notice) to fix the device.


-No parties are allowed on the property.


-Please refrain from bringing additional guests to sleep on the premises without prior permission or an updated reservation.


-Any additional visitors must leave the property no later than midnight.


-Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am to respect our neighbors.


-Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited indoors (smoking is allowed only in non-covered spaces outside). No smoking under the patio, as smoke smells are difficult to remove from the wood and exterior of our home. *Fines of $500 for smoking/vaping and/or marijuana use indoors.


-Trash bins should be brought out on Thursdays and back in on Fridays.


-Lawn Care arrives every other Saturday with an estimated arrival of 10:00AM-12:00PM. They may ring the doorbell to alert you they are there. They will take care of the front and backyard


-If maintenance needs to come by, they will not enter the home unless absolutely necessary. You will be informed in advance if their visit coincides with your stay and it will be scheduled at a time most convenient for you.


-No pets allowed.


-No additional guests are to sleep on the property without prior permission from host. Maximum 9 guests.


-Trips insurance is highly recommended at the time of your booking. We withhold our cancellation policy, no exceptions will be made.
