Difficult to find anything negative as you are less than 300 steps from the beach front (I have small steps). Everything is clean and the beach gear ready to go. The biggest challenge is the sand. We would store the cart with our chairs, etc. in our SUV at the end of the day so we didn't drag in more sand. We also placed a towel right by the door. Bed is comfortable. The hosts are great to work with and very quick to respond. Enough beach towels were provided, as well as linens. And, the pool is right in front of the door for that afternoon cocktail. Enjoy as you won't be disappointed.

This was our first time staying in this unit, (2nd time on the property) and we had a fantastic week. Beautiful condo, very clean , all you need for a family of 4. Hanging out by the pool onsite was a personal fav of ours - the host also provides beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for your beach day(s) as well. Talk about a prime location - 30 second walk to the beach, 3 minute walk to 3rd St South - can’t beat the proximity to the restaurants and shopsHeidi & Ron are absolute wonderful hosts - we will definitely be back. Oh boy will we ever.

The place was clean but the beds were uncomfortable and the air conditioning was not working well. It was close to the beach and they had everything you needed for the beach.
